Maintaining Well-Being & Resilience in the Face of Adversity By Free Spirit True North (W & G Enright)During times of adversity we are taken to places physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and socially, that are a long way from our comfort zone. At times like this, it is difficult to keep our head above water and to bend and flex without breaking. This is the most important time for us to be fit, healthy and resilient.
What are the key ingredients for well-being, particularly when we're under pressure? How can we develop enough resilience, so that when the gale-force winds blow, we are able to flex and stay deeply rooted in the ground of our life, without becoming irreparably damaged? In this webinar, we cover a 'Wheel of Well-Being' which provides guidance and a tool to assess your life balance and wellness, helping you to identify goals for re-enforcing the foundations of your well-being and resilience, so that you can stand tall, strong and flexible in times of adversity.
