Personal Well-Being
50 Ways to HAPPINESS
Happiness is a state of mind that reflects the sense of wellbeing that we feel within us. It is part of the rich tapestry of life to feel a range of emotions, so continuous happiness is perhaps an unrealistic expectation and not always possible during times of grief, frustration or when 'healthy anger' is needed to motivate us to take much needed action. However - Feeling happy and well more of the time is a positive goal to aim for (especially during times of crisis, when happiness may elude us). This resource can be converted to a poster or screensaver - suggesting 50 ways in which we can help our body, mind and soul, get closer to a happy state of well-being! |
